Great picture, but mabey you could ad some more realistic shadow to the bone in the ground. Also you could add some water splashes around the bone in the water.

gewoontjeerd is right. Notice the monkey has a shadow? Try to duplicate a shadow for the bone similar to the money's. I presume those are bones in the water too. They look too feathered on the edges and don't seem to match the water correctly. Try giving them a ripple and reflection and harden the edges.
