Once again I hate to point out, incorrectly modeled dice. The sides with the 5 and 2 do not touch. those sides are directly opposite of each other on a die.

Nice render of the glass! Perhaps you can experiment by making the spill a little bit thinner and lighter, with the dice submerged slightly while still reacting to it to give it a more realistic feel. Very nice use of lights. Cheers!
