I fail to see how this is actual Origami, yet it is the winner?

The flower heads are origami JustinRSA as stated in the description look in the SBS. They were folded from single rectangular and square planes that were not cut in any way.

The vase and stems are not as was stated in the description but the contest description also said other items were allowed.

IMHO this should of won, just because it is the epitome of origami, and was technically challenging. Any chance of you sending me the OBJ? Would love to dissect it and see for myself how it was done because I had a few challenges that you seem to have overcome in your design.

the room has a certain theme, if you look at the materials and the pieces i chose you will conclude the theme.

I think it's better known as a "chair..."
The positioning of the object, whatever it's called is visually off putting, since it is not flush against the wall. Your "theme" is too obtuse for me to discern, I can't figure it out.

ya ur right it's a chair but the original design i modeled looks like a couch. The elements in the design (floor texture and the wall unit) are like pieces of paper joined to make a usable element, same as the chair it's made out of paper making a usable furniture

to me it seems most objects are from wood/paper since paper comes from wood theres the theme i think i see lol

Really nice job of capturing the illusion of creases and folds, but they are all too jumbled together, with no clear focal point to the image.

Thanks for the comment MossyB. I was trying to create a look of clutter and "jumbled"ness for this composition to give it the look of a pile of these things have fallen to the floor. To see one on it's own have a look at the SBS.
