I don't know how those 3D programs work, but for a beginner... I think it's okay. Maybe the shadow of that object (glass or how is it called...) is a little wrong, I think it should be more darker and a little bit UNDER the object (and also a little bit smaller). And by the way, maybe you can also add longer-circle shadows for those molecules :P
Whoooow.... The high-resolution is far out of its quality... Maybe you should ask (if you don't know) how to make it with high quality...
