Great concept. My only crit is the white edge around the platelets. Image>Adjustments>Selective Color>White, increasing the Magenta, yellow, and black would bring those down and make them match the rest of the image better.

I have a tiny little critical comment. The cells on the inside of your vessel look very unatural. Cells never look like this!
That's one of the reasons why your picture doesn't look real.
Well I know, how difficult that is, because I am modelling biological systems professionally
