Good point lobusdexter. The answer to that question revolves around the Hdri That I used as the reflection map. The Hdri is a 360 degree spherical map, which means that it encompasses the entire scene. The image the car is on is called a "Backplate" This backplate accompanies the Hdri. The clouds on the backplate are not in front of the car, they are just behind the car, the sky in front of the car is clear blue and the reflections correctly show this. If you read up on HDRi's and backplates it might explain better than I can.
