Tribute to one of the more famous album covers I know of. Baby done in Zbrush, background done in Photoshop. (5 years and 2739 days ago)
most excellent! What software is this?
Seems no matter what medium the baby is fashioned from, they all cry just the same!
I included the steps for the room in the SBS even though they didn't make it to the final render (5 years and 2868 days ago)
most excellent! What software is this?
i used wings and (most recently starting using) 3ds(total 3ds newbie!)
OK overall modelling i would work on eliminating harsh lighting and shadows by using area lights
Really new to it, and lighting is super hard. I can't seem to get it right no matter which light i use :/ Thank you for the suggestion, Ill try to practice with it!
well done author, good luck

Human fragility, happy days gone by and the bond between mother and child expressed in exactly 20 cubes.
* Background image used is of the 3D software's own collection. Please see SBS. (5 years and 3092 days ago)
This got me smiling...cute
Emotion, criativity, sensibility, movement ...everything using only 20 cubes. Congratulations!!!
wow.........its wonderful
thanks for encouraging remarks
Good job! Very sweet idea for this.
glad u like it pearlie and thanks for the comment
Great creativity And a pleasing end result. Am amazed that not one person has asked this question. Was there any post-processing to achieve the end result? And if so how much? Because I can not tell a great deal from your S.B.S as they are so basic.
@Warlock Thank you for your comment. I have used depth of field, created light effects and a C4D plug-in called DeGamma to get this look-all done within the 3D software. There was nothing else to really put in the SBS, except maybe mentioning the grass texture and a very simple material on the cubes. Glad you like it!
Thanks for the answers, I’m not one to use what I would call “magic bullet†plug-ins where it is all done for you….much prefer my artistic ability and to ask questions and do some research on the road to gaining knowledge.Would it just be easier to work with in a Linear workflow in stead of using deGamma?
Congrats, this is really sweet well done
Nice Job Congrats on First Place Win
Thank you Pxleyes nation love you all
