I really love this entry, but you are also totally off theme, metaballs are not simple cubes/rectangles.

You could just take that out and do just the icecubes but not sure how good that would look.

That's true, but rules says only cubes allowed.

But it's a nice ice material.

Just remove the drops of water and you will be framed within the theme.

Nice modeling here. The motion blur somehow makes the blades look like they're about to leap off their motor. I don't know how you applied the blur? Or what render engine you used. But both Mentalray and Vray have excellent tools for just this thing. Nice job though author

I did use the blur tools in Mental Ray, maybe too much???

I read it to say 'fool' art first.. don't think I like the overly saturated purple colour, but pretty nice work overall. A close shot image of a small floating piece of that iceberg or something somewhere around would make this more interesting. Or maybe you could use that ice (or create new, see through ice) texture to fill our fool.. err.. cool text.

light is very inspired, create atmosphere. teeth material is too reflective, an ugly reflection of the down lip. brows are excellent to suggest character personality. eyes are not very worked, could be better.an over 60 % vote from me. good luck.
