These alien planets , I would not want to be on. They orbit their star at about 65,000 miles an hour. When they finally get too close for comfort, I want to be in another galaxy far, far away! (5 years and 2985 days ago)
All textures used, other than stated came with 3D Max 2010, this is a mental ray render. Some post render adjustments to shadow/highlighting and color balance done in Photoshop (5 years and 3348 days ago)
Very surreal and interesting!
very very nice work author...fantastic work on water surface...best of luck
This looks good, I would comment on the light & it's brightness, but that's your personal choice.
Nice work, I like the reflection of the beacon's light through the grass.

I hope everyone like it. I made the Model in Hexagon and composed it in Carrara6. I used an old Daz V3 I had rigged in the Scene. (5 years and 3436 days ago)
now that is one badazz bike!
The headlight is too bright, and the star lens flare effect compounds the problem. The light would not be so bright unless it was looked at directly head on, not from an angle like the rendering. You also have a too-bright reflection on the side behind the light, which simply would not exist, unless the light is somehow leaking through the metal.
The rear wheel is quite interesting, although I bet it doesn't get much traction
There is actually 4 light source in the scene.
The head light actually contributed very little to the scene, and it is pointed in such a way that you can see the bulb is visible from the camera.that is why the flare and Glow show up.
The reflection is from the main Light that is to the right of the camera which contributed most of the light which made the scene visible. You can see the shadow cast by the handle bar on the tank.
There is also a Red fringe light to the left and the Blue shadow light from behind the bike..
I don't think metal wheel will get much traction. Was going to put some spikes on them wheels. Note the steering on this bike is on the rear wheel.
gotta love slicks!
wow and wow again...fantastic creation author...well done
Aside from the model's attire being too contemporary for a Steampunk ride, the bike has some great elements to it. The wheels and top cover, not so much, tho, the outsides are way too contemporary, but the inside parts are cool, as is the hydraulic system, reminds me of a steam train. Would have loved to see an exhaust pipe with steam, too, but overall a pretty cool ride for the moonlit night.

Created in 3DS Max 2010, and Vue 8 Xstream. (5 years and 3485 days ago)
balloons in the foreground are well rendered -- the two in the background as well as the background might be improve with some blur to give the overall effect of depth
love it!
I like this man.
the light on the ballons dont match with the background
maybe u are missing the source links for the textures? (the basket) .. great image.. good luck
