I did not used any brush. I created a black layer, then go to filter-render-clouds. Then I did some manipulations with the hue and saturation. Finally I resize it and decreased the opacity. Thats it.

if i am not wrong ,,you created anotehr work...see the same mario and your style is there...artist/designer is easy to see
