Shame that noone told you, you can replace your entry after submitting it. Just go to > My contest Entries and say 'edit' and you will be able to upload another photo as well as change any text that you want. I'm sorry I've only just seen it now else I would have commented earlier in the week.

Just to add a note to the above information from Heathcliffe. Photos can be edited or changed at any time up until the entries have been closed for voting only. After that, no changes are possible. Better luck next time. It takes a while to figure out all of the details on the site.
