Yes, great idea it is! Though, it looks like one or two toes are missing, or is it the shadow that hides them? Just kidding

Very nice!
Very nice. At first I thought there wasn't any rain... but you can see it in the high res
wonderful photograph
Wow, a great one....GL
The halo of light outlining the silhouettes is wonderful. Was this staged or a fortunate capture?
There was an off camera flash just behind them and down to give a small rim light and illuminate the umbrella.
sweet ya..
Very nice shot, the orange umbrella on the blue sky gives a great contrast

Great shot, with a very pretty little girl
Lovely DOF, what lens and setting are you using?
This is the 50mm 1.4 @ 1.4. She was also holding a reflector as she was hiding behind it. I just popped over the top and snapped this
Thanks, I have a 1.4 too, lovely lens.
No big fake smiles or clean shiny outfits, plain backgrounds or light ratios. I just wanted a real Family feel to everyday life (5 years and 2526 days ago)
I find this shot very interesting, quite captivating really, love the lighting.
Nice scenery !
I agree with Madamemonty. It certainly has the real family feel that you were aiming for, well done!
I really like it, but might have cropped just a little more closely
Congratulations on 1st place, you definitely managed a photo that was different.
