a beautiful photograph

I like this photo, but I see a reoccurring theme among the submission, and however nice it is, it isn't unique at all. it is different from some of the others, but I'm kinda tired of seeing pictures of people alone on a beach.

A personal exhaustion from a specific type of photo is not what the contests are about. When you have a specific theme then you are bound to get similiar photos. There is no need to insult the author for their vision.

Very good right on theme

This is almost the same shot as a currently "running" contest...as per rule 1.3. Entries from Older Contests: You may not use one of your old entries in a new contest....this is off theme...sorry author, but I suggest u replace this entry immediately...you may not enter such similar images in contests here.

how do i take it down?

red flag and ask mods to remove it or better yet put another image in its place.

It was removed from the previous contest, a week after the author first asked to have it removed.

So this means it is ok here? Seems to me it would be.
