Took this picture on Constitution Plaza last year. I did not hold the camera still long enough and I got this. But now I know it's an actual technique. (5 years and 3268 days ago)

That's great, hell mistakes = innovation. Nothing wrong with admitting to how something was learned and achieved, unless it was illegal.
