This doesn't work well in black and white, because the hair is too dark, and blends in with the background, while the face and lighter pattern of the floor take dominance. The excess space at the bottom of the dress push the subject (the hair) even more to the background by minimizing the space it occupies of the picture plane. I'd crop the bottom 1/3 of the photo off, so that the hair and face occupy the top half of the photo. This would then give the hair more prominence.

There are a lot of things you can do in Photoshop that are allowed, cropping is certainly one of them, as is the use of curves, sharpening, noise reduction, most things that is done to the whole image.

This would be stronger if you cropped some of the bottom off, so that the hair is more dominant in the image. Love the facial expression!

Too much of the girl is showing, she "fights" with the dog for the visual focus by taking up so much of the image. Nice lighting, though. The clouds provide a great backdrop.

the mp4 buttons are burned ... i don't know how to make metal not to reflect so much light whithout changing the light setup... if any one have a suggestion please let me know

Not sure a polariser would help? They help with reflections in water and glass but I don't htink they help much for metals
