This is a really great looking photograph, it is very well composed the focus spot on and the exposure is excellent. The bicycle with the broken tire/wheel really makes this photograph stand out.

The red one is for young, robust, agile daredevils like myself! Very nice take on the theme

maybe desaturated looks a bit overexposed, but look at the original picture and youll see its not. thanks for your comment.

You are both right, When converting an image to black and white, there is more to it than just removing all the colours, default settings for conversion are seldom the best.
The selection and separation from the background is very well done.

This site has been part of my life for many years now, I will so miss it.

I feel like an stupid, because I didnt know the site is closing soon. I am very sorry. I think everyone who has parcipated in the different contest are going to miss the place. Thanks to Frank for all the work he put to keep this site going on. I even remember when We lost a lot of entries when the site fail for technical problems. A big hug for all.
