mmm, looks like a bit of post editing here author.........how did you get this shot, and what did you do after to make it like this

nothing major... just added gaussian blur and overlay. the original looks pretty much the same. this place is just really beautiful during the night.

post edit like this is against the rules.......

read the rules... not against the rules to use basic techniques. no masking done or anything like that. no added foreign objects or what not. no changing specific areas of the pic. i could change it to the original if you like. honestly not much difference.

mmm, sorry to say, but it looked like some sort of enhancing filter had been used...

i dunno about a mask but some kind of photoshoping was done
