I think the horns would look better starting further onto the head that right at the back, and the teeth seem a little too white (could use some definition to individualise each tooth and gums?)
I used some external images glows, soft brushes, some external brushes and i made the navi(Zelda) using brushes and a glow effect. (5 years and 2564 days ago)
Links need to lead to specific image used. Morguefile has changed its layout. The image URL now appears in the popup window, at lower right.
IMO the brushes on the tower don't work. The hair effect is good, but it's sharp at the top & blurry lower. It all should be as sharp as the top part.
You cropped too close to the tower, and not treated the image as a scene which would work alot better!?....
If those are stars then I think adjusting the levels on a noise layer would give a better effect, you could then highlight the ones you wanted to pop out with the standard star brush set to screen or lower the opacity slightly - or just leave it - totally your own taste
If they are glow bugs, a soft brush set to screen, then white also set to screen to intensify the inside of the glow.
I second what CMYK said about the hair.
EDIT: you changed the hair, it looks worse than before! keep the original as a base and clone in sections from the top, with a soft brush so it's a hint at detail along the length!
This idea instantly came to mind when i saw the image. I used a brush and image from a disc supplied by Advanced Photoshop by imagine publishing. I will show the image in the step by step. (5 years and 2406 days ago)
You do have to show links for all sources used. If the smoke brushes are from the site you indicated the link should be http://www.brushfx.co.uk/tag/smoke/ since it's the only smoke brush set shown on that site. If this is correct replace the link in your entry.
If the texture of the tree shown in your SBS is from a disk you should show a screen shot of the publishers statement and preferably the title of the texture from the information on the disk. As it happens the texture is available elsewhere and can be found here: http://www.freepik.com/free-photo/wood-texture--gray_611189.htm This link should be acceptable since it is the exact same image.
Correct your entry as soon as possible to avoid receiving a warning. Double check that you've shown all sources with the correct links.

Thank you! This very helpful .
P.S:How did you find the exact same image texture if there is some special way it will be useful in the future.
I used glow effects, the clone tool a sword, highlight and shadows and also the blood was made with the brush. If you vote , thanks! (5 years and 2569 days ago)
Interesting idea, but too dark...figure is hardly visible against background.
For me no problem that the statue is dark, i think it fits perfectly with the Tron concept. Something that cóuld do with an improvement are the neon lines. You want to make a hi-tech outfit, but imo these lines should have the hitech eel. Which means smooth tight lines and not wobbly as they look now. I guess you used a simple brush for that, while the use of the pen tool (with the option "stroke path" ) can be thé solution to make cool non-wobbly lines. Check here to read more abouth using the pen tool http://www.tutorialchip.com/photoshop/photoshop-pen-tool-basics-part-1/ (scroll down for the use of stroke path. Btw the 2 pairs of eyes are a bit too much for my taste, or at least the red dots are a bit hard to define as eyes. Good luck!
