There's a lot of light behind the Pumpkin Baby, but where all it's front light is coming from is not clear (plus the left-side shadow on the baby is inconsistent with the floor lamp to the left of the baby). Also, the floor lamps and pumpkin look like they're floating because they don't have a tiny, dark shadow where they touch the floor.
You need more shadows of the humans on the hand. At the moment I feel they are just cropped, and pasted in. Also, why are they blackandwhite - everything else is colored.
Add shade and blur to the straighten arm so it goes with the rest of the hand. GL

thanks for the comments I am learning from them. There is a slight shadow behind the legs and hands but I guess it could have been more obvious. The skin color is not black and white. I am a Maori from New Zealand and so I represented my culture in the models
