I wanted to create a fairly normal landscape with some very unusual aspects (Impossible cloud formations and unusual texture for the foreground mountain) (5 years and 3686 days ago)
Nice coloring, and nice use of source. I would have liked to see the clouds not stop so abruptly it makes the composition just the smallest bit off, but very pretty.

Thanks for all the comments so far, and fair point annabat. Unfortunately don't think I,ve got time to add extra clouds.
I'm trying out a lot of new ideas here. My first space scene, my first go at creating a space craft from scratch, and first go at trying to work with 2 separate light sources. As always, all comments welcome. (5 years and 3646 days ago)
The things at the ends of the wings are at a funny angle...maybe make them round insteas of rectangular, and parts of the wings look transparent...over all, nice job.
Yes, I agree with CMYK... In the way it is, space craft aerodynamics will be harmed...

Thanks for the comments. Blurred edges were actually radial blur on a separate layer to suggest movement, but you're quite right, they just look a bit messy, so I have removed. I have tidied up the shapes on the ends of the wings, but may completely redo them as they still do not look perfect.
Just a couple of minor adjustments for anyone who hasn't yet voted. Shapes on wingtips changed, as suggested by CMYK and minor adjustments to horizon/space blend.
I like this one! A couple of goofy things though from what I'm seeing: the sunlight would stop seeping into the room at the top of where the ceiling meets the farthest wall. Presently it is above that line a little bit? Also, it may be correct, but the top of the dark door on the right looks tilted and doesn't seem to match the ceiling line above it. Still, great job on this!
Pretty cool chop. Might help if the edges of the receeding clocks were blurred implying movement (either forward or back)

Thanks for the suggestion kyricom. I've flattened all the clocks as one layer. Applied as small amount of motion blur to the most distant ones and lightened as they were starting to look a bit muddy.
The Leaf lines reminded me of Hot Air Balloon panels, and texture of sand dunes, so I combined the 2 ideas. Any suggestions on improvement welcome. (5 years and 3762 days ago)
its actually a rather beautiful image to look at. Great work author, i think the clouds are brilliant too
