I don't get it (good score).. just don't get it

I just made a description for fun it started like an Aztec submerged site hauted by a monster who's the reincarnation of an ancient leader - and from there it evolved.

You've done a good job on this. I think it might look a little better if your creature were more the tone of the water like those divers are. Just my 2 cents...nice work.

Thanks for the comment, i'll give it a try, but i especially made the creature white so it stands out more, like a big shark.
Made a slight blend adjusment, you can see the before in the SBS. I can't guarantee you ll notice a difference since it might also dependsof your screen.

Please don't refrain from saying what you DON'T like in my entry: maybe you hate the colors, the bird is too small, structure looks like toy, lightning& clouds look very artificial, whatever it is, as long as you have improvement suggestions as well, your Critique will be welcomed.

I like how you made this structure with the correct perspective of the rings. No problem with the small bird, but it should be blurry as the far scene in the background and the lightning should be smaller if it attacks the bird. The yellow sparks are not really realistic, but they're acceptable IMO. Most of us here made toy-like constructions in our entries because it's hard to make them realistic, that's why we have to learn more and more. My hint is finding the real images of what you want to make and try to mimic as closely as possible, that's the way I did. Good luck to you

Nanaris, at first I wanted to make it all blue and draw the humanoid aliens. But it was less energy / time consuming to make it earhlike by finding the right stock, than inventing alien landscape

Ooh this is a great concept and really well done too, author. Softer edges for everything would help and maybe create a bit more depth by softening the focus of the army hats and pins furthest away and closest in the foreground.

Thanks, I'll try that, The sharp edges are an effect made by the high pass filter, I'll lower it's oppacity, and work on your suggestions.

I saw a trailer for that movie but I'e not watched it yet. I just hope it's not one of the movies "Steve Carrel" doesn't suck in. GL!

The trailer didn't impress me either, but there was a weekend night I've spent with some friends, we had nothing better to do so we watched it- comedies are best enjoyed with friends, cause laughs are contagious = more fun.

Always keep a psd of your works containing the source, in case anything happens, that's what i learned.

Author I recommend getting an external hard drive, worth the money in the long run....saved me A LOT of stuff when my other computer finally crapped out.
