Very cool, but I think the blown flame's edges should be wholly contained within the dragon's mouth -- and probably would be largely on the back side of the visible fang. I don't get the lower jaw which looks like it's 2D casting a shadow in the background. Eye glow would be more threatening if it were less flat looking. Outer edges of neck flare are a little bland.

great idea.. i would add a rotattional motion blur to the wheels to make it more realistic.. and u could work more on the number sheet (of all the colors, why did u have to choose pink ?? ) like the shadows or give it the curvature of the bin.. its looks too fake now .. good luck

edit: i have never taken photographs, so i would not know.. but i always thought the wheels would blur out in such cases.. but maybe i am wrong .. purple?? maybe its my computer screen playing tricks

in hihg rez you can see where you cut out the image i would suggest cloning those straight line edges in the rocks, and fixed the pparts that r misplaced/ not connected correctly

Nice use of the source.

More explanation: I think the disk in the center of the fountain gets lost within the large leaf form. In your fountain source, the bottom of the disk gets light from the underwater lights around the fountain's outside edge. Now that you have blocked those lights by placing huge leaves into the water, the overhead lighting above the disk has a greater effect. Therefore, I think having the center disk cast a stronger shadow onto the huge leaves makes sense and would make that disk stand out a bit more.

Also: The leaf form on top of the disk might benefit from casting a mini shadow onto the disk.
