Very very good blend author and great idea...my only suggestion would be to play with a levels just a bit more...u have maybe 10% light colors more then u needed,so decrease white just a bit...best of luck

Congrats...this was my favorite...

Looking better at the plant, I see some masking flaws. Shack needs a bit more lighting (mornig sun, maybe?). But the whole image is very nice.

Nice idyllic feel. Perspective on shack element is off, however. The surface of the deck in front should be pointing at the horizon [see the original source], not aimed toward the sky like a launching ramp. Lower the shack so the far edge of the deck is below the horizon. I would also be tempted to delete the boat tied to the deck. Not only does it add little more than clutter, there's a scale issue between that boat and the one with the fishermen.

At this point the ship is run aground; it must be added behind the last wave, resized smaller and got some blur for DOF. Idea is good, just needs these adjusts.

Funny...this used to be alot better! You still have time author...change it back a few steps. Everything is still too blurry and the hat used to be alot sharper.

The frame and background is a bit boring, but pretty good job otherwise. You cropped the original picture quite nicely. There is a lot of noise on the canal image, so you should maybe add some noise to your waterfall as well, to blend it better. You should maybe try adding some more stuff, from the waterfall image perhaps or something else. Pretty ok so far, thou the frame edge where the waterfall starts could use some minor tweaking, the masking isn't as good as it can be. Watch out especially for the sides.
