This is awesome, but I really wanted to know what programs you used and did you draw a rough sketch of the robot? I really cant imagine how you could have just started building it piece by piece as shown in your sbs, the final output and from were you started match 100% I really dont understand how you got it so acurate.

@alexstephen: I don't draw a sketch before I made this robot. (but first, sorry for my english if you don't understand what I'm trying to explain). The key is, try to move and rotate any part of the shape and imagine if you stand up and make a surfer pose. That's why I made the robot hand first and the rest follow the direction of the robot hand. It's not easy of course, for example if you look in my SBS step 3 and 4, the direction of the robot hand rotate a bit, because I think it's looks not good if it straight like step 3. I try and try again to fit the other part too. Hope this can explain

Giallo...I'm pretty sure the box is tilting up off the floor..it would leave the bottom to reflect outward.. I'm sure the music is pulling it up

ack!!! I wouldn't touch a glass reflection with shadow.. that's WAY to advanced for me..though I think WAZ or SPACERANGER could help you.. and they would definately know where to find a tutorial on the subject.. just place a question in the forum and I'm sure you'd get tons of help

These frogs don't have heads!!! :o but the work is beautiful!

hope this is a arctic truck road or else i feel sorry for the suspension on the car going up this road fresh and light winter look like it is here up in north (Norway) but whats happening just before the steep road there? some steers fading out perhaps? Very good job!

Very nice OOB effect, but hand needs a shadow as well...

It is a nice effect. I would observe that the pic's drop shadow implies a flat surface, but the bike's shadow apparently exists in a floor/wall environment.

I agree about shadow issues,hand need shadow too and bike shadow is wrong...Idea is very nice,but work a bit more on shadow problem author and u will have very nice entry...good luck
