one thing, I might be mistaken but the glossy reflection from the 3 seems to go on top of his shoulder. id correct that quickly, looks like just the wrong layers on top lol.

Looks great but i would add some more shadows on the left part of the face (light is coming from right). Even on the hair itself, it looks the same as int he right side and that's impossible since way too less light gets there. Good luck and nice piece.
