Funny idea, but the dog is kinda blurry. No problem, because that can be because of the movement. The edges from the dog however are very sharp, so if you could match that with the rest of the dog would improve the image, imo. Good luck!

I think a day image for a background would have been a lot better.

Yep me too, nice idea and good blendings. Only thing I would suggest maybe a little burning where the water meets the land to show it's wet on the sand IMO anywho
