Looks quite ok, but you should flip the little train source so it would get the same light as in the background (little train=light from left, background=light from right). Good luck!

The sections of grass and flowers added in front (forground) of the wheels is in serious need of blending. They look very copy and pasted in. otherwise a very nice restoration job.

Nice image, but it closely resembles a tutorial i've seen before, if you used it you should credit it. Good luck!
The buildings look a little like now, you should remove their color in some parts, make cracks, stuff like that to make them look degraded and old.
I will improve buildings. I just wanted to get it up here before deadline. That tutorials has helped me, so credit to Mikolaj Dobrucki from PSDtuts
