The image may be a bit too dark. Might try to lighten up the Eiffel tower and the spitfires a little for clarity. I do like the concept, quite funny!

The squirrel has too much light in comparison to the background.

Great concept. Might have been better to find some French biplanes (or at least generic ones) instead of British Spitfires.

Ummm...why is part of the cape transparent? Step 7 is better, but could use a bit of edge blur.
Edit: Oh, I get it, that's motion blur.

Great concept, but the face is a too red compared to the neck, and the text should fill the image more, especially the cheek and neck area.

Nice idea, even nicer though it would be to make the face only by text. Create a compact wall text and clip the asian face to it.
Before that use some warp and displacement map on the text wall so that it follows the shape of her head. GL.
