Thank you US Sailors and all others that serve their country and people. (5 years and 3012 days ago)
The source photo is too blue and cool in tone, while the bears are too yellowed and warm in tone. Maybe apply a cooling filter to the bears and desaturate the blues of the contest source so everything is a bit more consistent.

I have to agree with chookobot. For me, the delicate foot and ankle don't conform to my more manly image of Lemuel Gulliver from Jonathon Swift's "Gulliver's Travels."
The blending of the fortress into the source is very well done.
The lighting is odd, however. The bright upper left sky suggests backlighting, yet the foot and fortress appear to be lit from the left. (The source seems to be lit from the left and slightly back.)

Jan,
The lighting issues mentioned are good suggestions, but the others, are personal opinion, please remember that when viewing the manipulation I did with the photo of your son's foot, some people on this site always have to add negative comments but I will try and fix the lightening, other than that I think everything is pretty good!
I also suggest joining the site, as you are a photographer and like taking a wide range of photographs, and can enter photocontests, provide direct sources, and get into other areas the site offers, plus plenty of awesome tutorials!?
@DanLundberger - "This image was created from "Gulliver's Travels" .... lol... uhhmmmn the movie with "Jack Black".... many interpretations of classics, but this is Mine… yes… Mine…sorry you are so manly... lmao!

The Author (I can't use my name but you know? lol)
I am trying to figure out what you have used besides the eyes.
The guy drinking the coffee already had babyface features so it is hard to pick up the differences without an sbs or high res.
author says:
Yeeeaaahhh, I did the eyes, ears, side of the shaved head, and some mouth, and was thinking this guy does have the baby face and adding more would just be texture... then I put it away... I liked the idea of Child Stars where are they now... so entered... you should vote low for this one... there are some really great entries in this contest!
Thanks you so much Christy and Keiley22 for the comments, they are truly appreciated!
@author...... don't put yourself down by telling people to vote low dude lol..... it isn't a bad entry you know, just hard to pick up the details without sbs
Nice one!
it fits in PERFECTLY.... nice chop!

Very well done with the B/W effect.
