Thanks for the comments, all! BeardedWorm, this is a high key shot so I'm not sure how well it would turn out if I reduced the lights. :P The background is SUPPOSED to be blown out.
Rbsgrl, I thought of that while shooting but I still feel it is on topic as the paint can takes up a great deal more space than the paint itself. All the best!

Congratulations to your stepmum that is quite an accomplishment , this is a beautiful shot, just wondering at the rotation of the picture as the tassel doesn't hang vertically... (anti-gravitational forces at work )

Glad you like it. This was taken with a 30 second exposure and an f-stop of about 10 (I can't remember exactly and I don't have the RAW file in front of me). This was my first attempt at a trailing lights shot and I'm really happy you enjoyed it. Thanks!
