I like the overall scene and what you have done with the candles. However, I feel the glowing edge around your ghost is far too strong, I feel my eyes are drawn to it rather than the ghost himself.

When using the magic wand tool to isolate an image, feather the selection 1 pixel so you don't get jagged edges like this. Good idea otherwise.

Very nice image. Might've reduced the blue a bit. Seems to connote hot and cold more than heaven and hell
