could you explain why all the detail under your eyeball and over your eyeball shows, even the finest details like wrinkles and pores, but yet your whole eyeball is completely black? I just don't get it.

As i said, it was just the lighting and chance. I had a light directly underneath me, that and a combination of reflection and shadow. A few turned out like it. All i have done for this image is convert from raw and slightly adjusted the curves, oh and the saturation. My sunglasses bring out the detail you mentioned. That is all i will say to remain anon a miss. Or i am just plain devilish.LOL. The harsh light does nothing for my complection.
weird the way lighting works sometimes huh? I'm going to be honest with you...I redflagged this because I could have sworn you took a black soft brush to the eye sorry. I do believe you now though because I realized it can actually happen if the room is dark enough and the light reflected enough from your glasses onto the face just under the eyes. Sorry I didn't believe you at first *blushing* I still don't know who this is
