The face is very well done and the composition is good too........ The flowers need a little work looking a bit flat at the moment and I agree with ponti55 about the Hair, try to think of it a big areas of light and shadow, not individual strands Keeping in mind the motion of hair and the environment all of these elements have to be taken in to consideration.

Very nice soft tones! The overall style looks very good. The hair could indeed use some more sharp strands, the edge is also too soft. The ear also needs a little more details I think. But nice style! Good luck.
