I think this is good but would have been better without the fire coming out of the eye, maybe just orange red eyes or even black eyes. Good though I like it

The main focus of this image is on the face and you chose the soft, less detail brush for the rest, so if I were you I would draw the hair strands with large, soft brush and not clearly separated as you did. Even though these hairs are still nice, they distract the eyes a bit to the top left corner of the image. Overall, I can see your effort and this portrait has a soul, which is the most important one.
