Contest goal:

Pablo Picasso, a traditional artist from Spain is one of the most known artists of all time. His most famous works include his surreal and abstract style that made a name in the Art culture and art history.

Using traditional art mediums, portray a version of your own Picasso, using his similar style of eclectic shapes and abstract art that he's so well known for. There is one catch: It must be in color! All image source references should not only be copyright free but only used for reference. Really tap into your imagination and emulate the picasso style in your own idea. You can use Picasso paintings for an understanding of his style but DO NOT duplicate any current Picasso painting. I encourage you to not use any references but it is optional. Don't forget at least a 2-step guide. You can find more of his art for reference here. Have fun and Good Luck!

jawshoewhah: Yes, I do believe we are going to have some fun with this one. Now remember!! It must be in color. Get your acrylics, Crayola crayons, watercolors and even spray paints. I'm still waiting to see some airbrush. This is where art get bizarre!

This was painted in oils on 16x20 canvass. I relate this more to Picasso's abstract era. This was when he really got wild and colorful. (5 years and 3266 days ago)
