Contest goal:
Traditional drawing: If you ever saw a medieval book or letter, most likely you'd have noticed that the first capital letter of such page was made with more care and patience than the rest of the words. These letters were decorated with ornaments or even contained whole illustrations.
Your job is to make such illustrated letter. It's up to you how you decorate the letter (abstract or illustrative, old fashioned or modern) or what letter you use, as long as it's clearly visible that it's supposed to be a decorated initial. Good luck!
REMEMBER these contests require that you post at least 2 intermediate steps of your drawing in a step by step guide, so we can see the progress of your work.
