Excellent Idea.. I see the time line here, a vinyl or phonograph record, then a jukebox, then a cassette, then a CD and on the top iPod..

iquraishi, it's supposed to be an 8-track tape (I thought the serpent biting its tail would be a giveaway), but hey, jukebox works for me

Tis is beautifully done, and I really see what you are going for but didn't the rules say:
"The goal of this contest is simple: Draw a CD, a Record, a Tape, or an 8-track. No other forms of musical recording please."
Wow, if I'd drawn that, they would have pulled it in a heartbeat. They have pulled mine for a whole lot less. Good luck though...it is really well done!!!

I thought about it during conceptualization and figured the ipod is technically not a form of musical recording but merely a digital music player just like a cd player, a cassette or a phonograph. They are the gadgets with which to listen to these musical recording format.
