The linework on his left side is a bit sloppy (the hand looks really odd), but I like the colors of the balloons.

I love this work author. Excellent choice of colors.

The hills looks somewhat flat compared to all the other objects, which show a beautiful 3d effect, but this is very nice!

EDIT: I think this is a better composition.
