Contest Moderator: The Moderator Team consists of experienced amateurs, professional artists and photoshoppers. Any educated artist can see tell tale signs in the work that makes them suspicious and we have many methods to find the source used even when no source has been posted. It's a concerted effort by the team to find these images and often members will red flag an entry they suspect of being traced or stolen, often even providing links to the source used.
It is a moderators obligation to protect good members from being cheated by these individuals. To win by cheating is a hollow victory and that is something I will never understand. ( 5 years and 2970 days ago )
