The expression is portraying rage or anger. Anger takes over a persons normal feelings. Thats what I'm trying to portray....You can see his face coming off...in simple normal feelings coming off and Rage taking over.
About the lines,they are just something I came up with to give it a needles and stitches look. But I'm hoping you guys will like it. Also, the artwork is drawn from scratch.

The SBS has only the main full steps. It has 127 steps in total. I would go crazy if I have to upload those.
The best part making this was, FUN......yeah......
Edit: I have removed the drop shadow from the teeth. The shadow under the eyes has been created by a soft brush with lowered opacity no drop shadow.
