Sorry I Didn't add a title
Who ever cleans the floor after dark does a darn good job, and deserves to be paid more! Nice entry!
lol Thank you "Coltranized" Happy New year!!!!
Happy new year to you too! And good luck!
Way better than I could ever do but more of a shadow than a reflection. I think a reflection would be directly below the subject on a horizontal surface. An angled surface might have a full reflection. Still, really nice work.
@chaplain, I believe the reflection would be in the position that it is, but evan if it wouldn't is still adds an artistic effect the the image
It seems that he stay on an ice rink looking to his empty face...Nothing distracting in the background...Interesting view of emptiness.... Goog luck to you!
Uhhh, that's not a reflection.... the angle of incidence should be the same as angle of reflection.... Meaning it should be vertical in this case...
@wlado, yes you may be correct but it is for an artistic effect
Well, the traditional drawing is a special representation of inner world . I think that -in this drawings- we want to find more than a realistic representation. We discuss here about design and composition, about sublimation of reality, technique, including tonal development, about artist's strong sense of individuality and inventiveness and so on...Even here are rules, contest rules....we are free to represent the reality as distorted as we feel....as soon as the image awaken interest in an artistic way....Well....it is my opinion.....and yes, in my point of view, I can see a reflexion here
FYI: You can edit the name of the title anytime in my stuff/my contests
