Very nice drawing my friend, I can recognize her immediately. The eyes and hairs took you a lot of time, I guess. There are many ways to pain the hairs, maybe you can try, they can reduce the time needed. Also, if you use the realistic approach, some highlights on the skin, mouth, eyes are always good .
