![Blue Heron Twist](http://www.pxleyes.com/images/contests/half-and-half/fullsize/Blue-Heron-Twist-4e831d28858f2.jpg)
Using the paint program I created this image of a blue heron with limbs of a human.
I used a photo I had taken of a blue heron as a reference to look at as I painted this image. (5 years and 3067 days ago)

If you are wanting a smoother drawing line, you might check out some of the free, online programs, like pixlr.com or splashup.com, or aviary.com. They are very similar to Photoshop, with powerful painting tools.
This is a great concept, but the crude lines hurt it, visually.
I mostly agree with MossyB, but on the other hand, that's a great job for doing it in paint!
Thanks Mossy B for letting me know about the free online programs. All I have is paint on my computer so even though I realize they don't compare to what one can do with other programs...I still have a blast trying. I like to push myself within paint to see what I can do with that program. I will check out the programs you mentioned.
Mimibeth- Thank you! As I said...just try to do what I can with what I have for a program.
