Creepy face but a well done concept and nice entry, author! Best of luck!
You were right about the face so I've made some changes, I hope it's better now. Thanks for the comment!
It's better now, author. Well, could you add a little vignette to your picture as well to emphasize the whole image moods and atmosphere? Or my suggestion, maybe you should try some clouds. So the picture itself could tell more stories and has a greater feeling of flying into the sky. Anyway, it's just my opinions, hope it's not gonna ruin your mood. Happy drawing!
the vignette was easy. about the clouds....i can't draw clouds!!! but if you look closely, you can see some very blurred white lines. that's my version of clouds!
thanks again for the tips, my entry is getting better!
It's okay then, your version of clouds suit the drawing as well. If you can't draw clouds, I'll teach you how to paint it somehow, well first of all, I need to know; you're using any of graphic tablet? If yes, go to F5 (Brush settings), see the Shape Dynamics then turn ON the controls of angle jitter and roundness jitter each of them to Fade with default settings (25 and 50). You will have a randomize strokes. Play with Chalk (PS default brush) and any other non-rounded brushes. You'll learn something quite interesting there to make some clouds. Good luck, author!
Thanks again for the tip! I do have a tablet and I've watched/read a lot of tuts on how to draw clouds but my clouds always look like ugly white spots in the sky.
I'll try your way too. Thanks!
I had a guess about the author.......... Not surprised.. i recognize your style... Good luck to you
