Really gooood image. The only minor problem I can find is that it looks kind of pixelized. 
Maybe put up a high-res, sometimes it gets pixelized if the original size was really large. This won't affect my vote though.

love your use of noise for the brick work - nice facial expressions and the bandaide on the cats tail is a nice touch.
