This is adorable! just a tad flat. The shadows are wrong for this lighting concept, but I like it very much Thank you for the cuteness, and the smile it put on my face!

It's my first drawing with PS...

Agree with Anna, also I suggest you to make the bottom of the sky brighter, while darken the ground and the cats' backs a bit. You have two choices for the shadow: if the brightness of the sun increase, you can make the longer shadow by distorting the one you already created, or cast the light on the heads of the cats and the shadows are small, almost disappeared (because the sun doesn't enlighten this place). I also like this cuties, and this is very encouraging as your first drawing. Good luck
