I like the stipple work, but the fuzzy thing (shading?) between the edge of the nose and the eye on the right side is visually confusing.

I should just remove it.... I spent allot of time trying to shade the nose but i do agree with you it is really confusing.

i saw a movie and the next day i was drawing this... i will provide an SBS with the next entries

then u can just show in 1 or 2 steps as to how u made this drawing, without a minimum 2 step SBS the mods will remove it, u don't want to lose a good entry, gud luck
