Just one thing I would do different, you have the minutes numbers pointed to the inside; why not the hours (4 5 6 7 8) as well? Think it will be more consistent.

Looks nice, I like the bouncing lights here and there (maybe you can make the reflection under a bit greenish, cause that would be some slight reflected green light from the grass). I agree about the numbers. Apart from that, pay a bit more attention to the perspective. You're supposed to look more upon the bases (standing in the grass), therefor the oval shape should be more round. In fact I wonder why the machine is in the grass while time flies, curious about your concept . Good luck!

The seat back is too angled for the rest of the vehicle, but the concept and the colors are delightful!

I disagree with mossyB, angle looks OK to me, some of the building perspective is off a bit ,but very nice overall painting.
