The water droplets on the face need to be very slightly shaded with a highlight since they are transparent, and the skin beneath is not white. As is, they look like white, opaque drops on his skin.

Jack 2 did you look at the sbs ?? if you can do brush strokes at the start of a painting like this, then carry them on to fashion a complete image with brush strokes showing then you can also do a close resemblance . not a fill and blend that looks like photoshop.
