there is a wheel like this in my city but behind it there is a lot of tall building. i dont like the bulding so here is the lonely wheel watching the sky,
used more then 90 layer and PS stoped responding many times XP

IMO the eyes,nose and mouth of the pumpkins are not clear/visible....add a color different from the background one to them to make the pumpkins stand out...
otherwise its a great work
